Pennsylvania Home Improvement
Consumer Protection Act 132
In 2008, the
Pennsylvania Legislature passed the Home Improvement
Consumer Protection Act. The law requires that all
contractors who perform at least $5,000 worth of home
improvements per year register with the Attorney General's
Office. Please refer to

JACKSON TOWNSHIP
CLEAN-UP DAY
Clean-up day is
scheduled for July 11, 2009. Post cards with further
details will be mailed out to residents starting Monday
June 22, 2009.
The Jackson Township
Planning Commission Meeting scheduled for Wednesday July 1, 2009 has been cancelled due to no business before the
board. The next meeting is scheduled for Wednesday
August 5, 2009 at 7:00pm.

to the recent amendments to the Pennsylvania Right to Know
