The following is a list of department forms that has been made available online to individuals who need them.

It is recommended that you print off the form and fill it out and return it to Jackson Township Police Department either by mail or in person.

All forms are in PDF format.  You must have or obtain Adobe in order to view them.

Solicitation Application  (PDF)
    Applications to solicit must be completed, reviewed and issued prior to beginning any door to door solicitation.  Background checks are completed on ALL persons that are going door to door, and issuance of the permit can NOT be done immediately.  Any person wishing to obtain a permit should give at least three (3) days to allow for the background check to be performed.

Individuals with prior felony and serious misdemeanor arrests will be denied a solicitation permit.
